About the position

We are seeking a best-in-class GTM & Revenue Operations professional to join our team. Your diverse experience will enable you to shape strategy, build & execute operational plans and drive key initiatives.


Role & Responsibilities Include

  • Understand Cycode’s priorities and roadmap and build a comprehensive GTM and revenue plan
  • Manage strategic projects with key stakeholders to create efficiencies and automation across functions
  • Create infrastructure and processes in Salesforce and across the current tech stack to build a scalable, repeatable, data driven sales machine
  • Drive strategy around achieving predictable revenue
  • Connect tools and systems (CRM, marketing automation, scheduling, enrichment, etc)
  • Handle reporting and analytics to inform strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success via one source of truth
  • Build forecasts and models for various initiatives
  • Analyze data to inform sales targets, quotas, incentives, territories, and commission structures
  • Create dashboards and reports for the customer journey (pre and post sales)


Who You Are


Are you energized by learning new things, solving business challenges, and connecting the dots to discover new opportunities & build impactful solutions? Can you develop & translate strategy into an operational plan and drive execution? Are you a leader who gets things done and is comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?

  • 7+ years of Revenue operations/GTM/strategy/planning or related experience
  • Background experience within FP&A / Finance / Sales ops departments
  • Strong experience using analysis tools
  • Experience supporting B2B companies (Cyber Security field - an advantage)
  • Consistent track record in cross-functional collaboration, establishing relationships and driving successful outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Strong communications & influence skills, experience speaking publicly & working with partners at all levels, producing exec level content and conducting exec conversations
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you are empowered to make decisions and drive the business
  • Validated experience translating strategy into operational plans and leading through execution
  • Strong program/project management skills; capable of taking a concept, building a plan and running daily tasks to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Curious and flexible, you enjoy variety and are willing to tackle different roles/responsibilities as business needs evolve
  • Minimum BA/BS; MBA a plus.
