About the position:

  • Overseeing vendors procurement and payment processes
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Preparing credit card statement reconciliations
  • Recoding payments from customers
  • Balance sheet account reconciliation and working papers
  • Ongoing reconciliation including closing entries and cut-off accounts
  • Overseeing travel and monthly expense reports
  • Preparation of reports for the company’s external auditors.


What we are looking for:

  • Certified Bookkeeper type 2, type 3 - an advantage
  • 4+ years experience in similar positions, high-tech company experience
  • Experience working with Netsuite
  • High-level English - a must
  • Team player and service-oriented
  • Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
